Leon took my call and was very kind and sent Peter the tech over on Saturday.  Peter was the best tech I have ever had.  Brilliant and skilled.  Thorough, kind and patient with my questions. Called last week because my freezer and refrigerator compartments were not cooling to proper temperature. Spoke to Leonid in early am. He had a tech at my home by 1:00 pm. The tech, "Peter" quickly identified the problem. A bad defrost heater in the freezer. He had the genuine GE parts in his van and had me up and running by 3:30 that day. After that I noticed a broken light cover in the freezer. I feel the tech broke it putting in back in.  I called Leonid and he agreed to replace it.
