The tech, "Peter" quickly identified the problem. A bad defrost heater in the freezer. He had the genuine GE parts in his van and had me up and running by 3:30 that day. After that I noticed a broken light cover in the freezer. I feel the tech broke it putting in back in. I called Leonid and he agreed to replace it. Not only did he get me another one, but he also hand delivered it to my home. These guys provide great customer service at a fair price.
