Called last week because my freezer and refrigerator compartments were not cooling to proper temperature. Spoke to Leonid in early am. He had a tech at my home by 1:00 pm. The tech, "Peter" quickly identified the problem. A bad defrost heater in the freezer. He had the genuine GE parts in his van and had me up and running by 3:30 that day. After that I noticed a broken light cover in the freezer. I feel the tech broke it putting in back in.  I called Leonid and he agreed to replace it.
